• High-resilience foam instead of memory foam: We consciously opted out of memory foam, which often causes overheating and sinking, providing no real support.

Sleeping position and pillow arrangement

• Sleeping on your back (central zone): Your head should rest in the center indentation of the pillow, naturally facing upwards. Avoid pulling your chin towards your chest. This position opens the airways, reducing the risk of snoring and sleep apnea.
• Sleeping on your side (side zones): Your head should rest on the higher, side parts of the pillow. The spine should form a straight line, and the shoulders should remain in a neutral position (they shouldn't be pushed forward). The anatomical side profile stabilizes the neck and relieves the shoulders.
