Use this form if you want to withdraw from a contract concluded online or report the return of a product purchased from ONSEN®.
Enter the e-mail address or phone number used when placing the order, together with the order number. Based on this information, we will find your order and guide you through the next steps of the return request.
Withdrawal from the contract does not require giving any reason. Once the order has been found, you will select the products to be returned and then confirm the request. After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation that your request has been accepted at the e-mail address provided.
You can find the order number in the purchase confirmation e-mail. If the form does not find your order, please check that the e-mail address, phone number and order number entered are correct.
The returned product must be sent back at your own cost. We process the refund in accordance with applicable law and the terms of sale, after receiving the returned product or after you provide proof that it has been sent back.
