- ONSEN® offers free shipping within the Republic of Poland, regardless of the order value. Delivery costs to European Union countries are calculated based on the destination country and are displayed in the cart.
- Deliveries within the Republic of Poland are handled by a selected courier service. For mattresses and ergonomic furniture, we use Zadbano, Ambro Express, or DPD. For smaller parcels, we also provide options for shipping via InPost courier, delivery to a DPD Pickup point, Orlen Paczka partner point, or to a locker in the Paczkomat® service. Delivery typically occurs on working days within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Deliveries within the European Union are handled by selected courier services. For mattresses and ergonomic furniture, we work with international shipping companies. For smaller parcels, we also provide options for delivery by DPD or Zadbano couriers. Delivery usually occurs on working days within 3-5 days of dispatch.
- Orders placed by 11:00 AM on working days are usually shipped on the same day.
- When you place an order with ONSEN®, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Make sure to provide a correct email address, as all correspondence regarding your order will be sent there.
