- ONSEN® offers free delivery within the Republic of Poland, regardless of the order value. The delivery cost to the European Union and other countries worldwide depends on the destination country and is automatically displayed in the cart. If you don’t see your country in the cart, contact us for an individual shipping cost calculation.
- Delivery within the Republic of Poland is handled by a selected courier company. Mattresses and ergonomic furniture are most often shipped via Zadbano, Ambro Express, or DPD. For smaller parcels, we also offer InPost and delivery to a DPD Pickup point, locker, or partner point of Orlen Paczka, as well as to an InPost Paczkomat® parcel locker. Standard delivery takes place on business days, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Delivery within the European Union and to other countries worldwide is handled by a selected courier company. Mattresses and ergonomic furniture are shipped using international carriers. Smaller parcels may be delivered by DPD, Zadbano, Hermes, Meest, FedEx, or DHL, and the standard delivery time is 3-10 business days from dispatch.
- Orders placed on business days by 11:00 are usually shipped the same day.
- After placing an order with ONSEN®, you will receive an order confirmation email - if you don’t see it, check your spam folder. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send another email with the tracking number and a tracking link. Make sure you provide a correct email address, as we send all order-related communication there.
