1. ONSEN® offers free shipping throughout the Republic of Poland regardless of the value of the ordered products. Delivery costs to European Union countries are determined based on the delivery country and displayed in the cart.
2. Delivery within the Republic of Poland is carried out by selected courier companies. For mattresses and ergonomic furniture, we use courier services such as Zadbano, Ambro Express, or DPD. For smaller shipments, we also offer the option of using InPost courier service, as well as delivery to DPD Pickup points or packages delivered to Paczkomat® lockers. Delivery typically occurs on weekdays within 24 hours after dispatch.
3. Delivery within the European Union is handled by selected courier companies. For mattresses and ergonomic furniture, we use international freight companies. For smaller shipments, we also offer delivery through DPD or Zadbano courier services. Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
4. Orders placed before 11:00 AM on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.
5. Upon placing an order with ONSEN®, you will receive an email confirming your order. After your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. Please ensure you provide a correct email address as all correspondence regarding your order will be directed there.
