1. The organizer of the promotion is Onsen Sp. z o.o., located in Toruń at ul. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie 71G (KRS 0000588698, REGON 363084435, NIP 9562314576), hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
2. A participant in the promotion can be a natural person, hereinafter referred to as the Referrer, who has full legal capacity and has made any purchase in the Organizer's online store at www.onsen.eu.
3. The promotion is not created, administered, or sponsored by any of the companies operating social media platforms where it is announced. These platforms bear no responsibility for any actions related to the organization of the promotion.
4. The promotion starts on January 1, 2025, and runs indefinitely. The Organizer will announce the decision to end the promotion via its website and social media channels at least 30 days before its conclusion.
§2 Terms of Participation
1. After making a purchase in the Organizer's online store at www.onsen.eu, the Referrer will receive an order number at the specified email address, which also serves as the "Referral Code". The Referrer may pass it to a third party, hereinafter referred to as the Referred. The number of such persons can be unlimited.
2. The Referred must make a purchase in the Organizer's online store during the promotion period, entering the received order number in the "Referral Code" field in the basket. This will reduce the order price by 5% with reference to §2 para. 6 of the Regulations. The minimum purchase amount eligible for the promotion is PLN 250.00.
3. A successful purchase by the Referred using the "Referral Code" will automatically register participation in the promotion.
4. If neither the Referrer nor the Referred withdraw from the contract within the period prescribed by law or the conditions of other promotions organized by the Organizer, after 100 days from the delivery of the order to the Referred, the terms of the promotion are considered fulfilled.
5. Fulfillment of the promotional terms entitles the Referrer to receive a gift as described in §3 para. 1 of the Regulations.
6. Entering the "Referral Code" in the basket does not exclude the possibility of using other codes and promotions announced by the Organizer. However, the Organizer reserves that the total discount on the order placed in the online store cannot exceed 25% of the price of each product without the promotion, unless a special promotion allows for a greater discount. If the sum of discounts exceeds the limit, the value of the discount in the basket will be 25% in total.
7. The promotion can be used multiple times.
1. Fulfillment of the promotional terms entitles the Organizer to issue one of the gifts listed in the table below.
2. If the promotional terms are met, the Referrer should contact the Organizer electronically or by phone to select the gift and specify the shipping details.
3. The Organizer covers the cost of packing and shipping the gift to the Referrer, provided that the delivery address is within one of the European Union countries.
1. Any complaints and possible remarks concerning the promotion should be reported to the Organizer by email at biuro@onsen.eu.
2. The complaint should include the first and last name of the Referrer or the Referred and a written justification.
3. Complaints are processed within 30 days from the date of their receipt.
