Someone who not only knows how to handle a camera and editing tools but can also develop ideas from scratch, plan shots, and bring our concepts to life – all in line with ONSEN®’s mission. Your responsibilities:
📽️ Co-creating concepts for creative video content, mainly educational and popular science.
📋 Planning and organizing shoots in custom-designed spaces or on green screen.
🎥 Recording video content using in-house equipment.
✂️ High-quality editing – with strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and visuals (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and similar tools welcome).
🎞️ Optimizing content for specific platforms.
What we expect:
🧠 Experience in video production – a portfolio or showreel is highly appreciated.
🎞️ Proficiency in Adobe Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve.
🎬 Strong organizational skills – you need to know what to shoot, when, and how.
🤝 Openness to teamwork, feedback, and collaborative idea generation.
🎯 A strong eye for aesthetics, editing rhythm, and visual storytelling.
🎤 Interest in storytelling and strategic thinking.
