Decide whether you are interested in our innovative orthopedic pillows cast in molds, or in sleeping pillow models additionally enhanced with the cutting-edge ONSEN® GRID™ technology, available only from us.
Learn the differences between the technologies used. Then choose a pillow model based on your body type. Finally, pick a pillowcase that matches your needs.
1. Choose the technology
Both lines belong to the ONSEN® orthopedic pillow family, but they differ in how the material behaves and how contact with the body feels.
ONSEN® technology
Orthopedic pillows made in the classic ONSEN® technology are cast entirely from high-resilience (HR) foam in specially prepared molds. This allows them to retain a precise, anatomical shape that genuinely adapts to the user's body.
It is a proven design, chosen by people who expect stable support and predictable sleep comfort without additional surface modifications.
- a single-piece pillow construction with no extra layers
- ergonomic support for the neck and head
- feels more stable during sleep
ONSEN® Grid™ technology
Orthopedic pillows made with ONSEN® GRID™ technology are based on exactly the same design and the same HR foam core. The difference is an additional GRID™ layer on the surface of the pillow, but under the pillowcase.
This is a modern material with an open-cell structure in a hexagonal (honeycomb-like) shape, which affects how the pillow feels.
- the same pillow inside, enhanced with an extra elastic layer
- better airflow thanks to the open structure
- strong support despite a sensation users describe as "sleeping on a cloud"
In short...
Classic is for you if you want a pillow made in our classic technology.
GRID™ is for you if you are interested in our latest ONSEN® GRID™ technology.
The foundation of both technologies is an orthopedic pillow made of high-resilience (HR) foam, produced by casting in three-dimensional molds.

For ONSEN® GRID™ pillows, only a dedicated pillowcase is available, designed specifically for that construction.

3. Choose the model
Each model comes in a Classic version, and now also in a GRID™ version. First decide which profile best matches your body type and sleeping position, and then choose the right technology.
Asana
An orthopedic pillow for people with an average body build. It is the most universal model and works well for most users. This orthopedic pillow can be used by people of average height and average weight who sleep on firm or medium-firm mattresses.
It provides perfectly balanced proportions, a medium height, and a classic anatomical profile. Thanks to that, it offers stable and comfortable support for side and back sleepers. It helps keep your head and neck in a stable position.
The orthopedic pillow is available as Asana and Asana GRID™.
- people with an average body build
- side and back sleepers
- anyone looking for the most universal model
Hiro
An orthopedic pillow for people who need a larger format and a slightly different support geometry. It works especially well for people with a larger body build, broader shoulders, or greater height, sleeping on medium-firm or firm mattresses.
The longer and higher profile gives Hiro a clearly different character than Asana and Enso, offering more pronounced and firmer support for people with a bigger or more solid body build. It helps keep your head and neck in a stable position.
The orthopedic pillow is available as Hiro and Hiro GRID™.
- people with a larger or more solid body build
- side and back sleepers who need higher support
- users for whom the standard pillow height and firmness is not enough
Enso
An orthopedic pillow for people with a smaller body build, sleeping on soft or medium-firm mattresses. The side profile helps keep your head and neck properly aligned without excessive pressure, for people with narrower shoulders who need or prefer a softer support feel.
Enso has a higher profile combined with lower firmness, which results in more give under load. This helps the pillow conform to the body and reduces surface pressure.
The orthopedic pillow is available as Enso and Enso GRID™.
- side and back sleepers who need solid but softer support
- users who need or prefer a softer support feel
- people for whom the firmness of Asana and Hiro pillows is too high
