ONSEN® provides a warranty of up to 15 years for its products! The warranty periods are as follows:

• 15 years for the mattress core;
• 2 years for the mattress cover;
• 10 years for the pillow core;
• 2 years for the pillow cover;
• 2 years for other products.

During the testing period, we do not charge any fees, so upon receiving the return, we refund the full amount paid.
