For most of our products, we provide the option to return products within 100 days of receiving the shipment. During this period, you can fully use our mattresses, sleeping pillows, and other products, comfortably testing them in the privacy of your own bedroom or office.

We do not charge any additional fees during the testing period, thus upon receiving a return, we refund the money in full, without any deductions. This special offer applies to all our mattresses, orthopedic pillows, and ergonomic furniture, while other products are subject to the standard statutory return option within 14 days.

The true experience of using a mattress is felt after at least 30 nights of use under natural conditions. We recommend making a return no earlier than 50 nights after delivery, which will allow you to properly verify the properties of the mattress.
