Because ONSEN® orthopedic pillows are not cut but cast in specially designed and prepared molds, it is not possible to make a custom product in different dimensions.

Due to the specifics of the production process, individual pieces may vary slightly in their actual dimensions. This does not affect the product’s quality or functionality in any way.

Delivery and returns

ONSEN® offers free shipping for all orders delivered within the Republic of Poland, as well as extremely affordable shipping within the European Union and the European Economic Area. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

For most of our products, we offer the possibility of returning products within 100 days from the date of delivery. During this time, you can fully use our mattresses, sleeping pillows, and other products, comfortably testing them in the privacy of your own bedroom or office.

ONSEN® provides up to a 15-year warranty on its products! The warranty periods are:

15 years for the Osaka Air mattress core;
2 years for the Osaka GRID™ mattress core;
10 years for the cores of the Asana, Enso, and Hiro orthopedic pillows;
2 years for the cores of the Asana GRID™, Enso GRID™, and Hiro GRID™ orthopedic pillows;
2 years for classic pillow filling;

Up to 100 days for returns

There are no additional fees for the testing period, so upon receiving the return, we refund the full amount without any deductions. You will experience the true performance of a mattress after at least 30 nights of use in natural conditions. We recommend not returning the product earlier than 50 nights after delivery, allowing you to properly evaluate the mattress's features.

Adaptation period

Most people adapt to an orthopedic pillow within a few days and experience no difficulties because of it. For some, however, the body’s adjustment to a new orthopedic pillow can take up to 5 weeks.

This time depends on the severity of cervical spine issues - the greater the discomfort, the longer the adaptation process. We recommend that anyone who feels discomfort during this period gradually increases the time spent on the pillow, and for the remaining time sleeps on a traditional pillow.
